&lt;p&gt;Hi there , thank you for reading my Bio which highlights a bit about me and what&amp;nbsp; has drawn me to do the work that I do..&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A few years ago a fell into the whilrpool that is menopause. Totally unprepared and lacking in knowledge about what was going on , I felt like my life , my mind and my body had been taken over by an alien and I didnt recognise myself anymore. I felt stuck, I felt alone, I felt out of control , I felt that my life was over, I felt useless and then coaching stepped into my life in the form of a life coach. I realised through coaching that my life wasnt over , my life wasn't even half way over.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My experience of menopause and from talking and listening to countless other women has made me passionate about helping women find witin themsleves the tools that they possess to move from a place where they feel stuck towards a life&amp;nbsp;of living their dreams and edless possibilities.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I offer coaching on an individual basis or group coaching as well. Women that I worked with have said that I am a great listener,I am empathetic , I am calm and I have a kind energy.&lt;/p&gt;
