Help to design and implement a sales strategy that delivers proftable growth

I started my sales career selling office equipment in the West End of London what seems like an eternity ago. Since then I have worked in sales and business development for other 30 years and held senior leadership positions in blue chip, start up and Not For Profit organisations. In 2012 I left corporate life to go self-employed. I completed a couple of interim Sales Director assignments and then purchased the franchise for Leeds, Halifax & Bradford with The Academy for Chief Executives, who were subsequently purchased by Vistage in 2017. For the last 7 years have run a leadership group of CEOs, MDs, and have a couple of private coaching clients. I also work with a number of my members sales teams, My particular passion and expertise lies in three areas o Helping organisations determine their Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values o Building on the above to help organisations strengthen the key components in their business (such as people assessment, issue resolution and individual accountability) o Devising and implementing all elements of sales strategy
