As the current Head of Alternative Investments, I head up a team of investment analysts working to develop and deliver an industry leading alternative investment offering to our clients. Our proposition covers a range of different asset classes, including Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Credit and Venture Capital.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aside from my role, I am passionate about promoting diversity in our industry. Since the beginning of my career, I have been involved in mentoring and public speaking, including with the 30% Club and the Diversity Project. Furthermore, in early 2020, I founded my company's professional women’s network. In under one year, the network grew to over 250 members and 10 Chapters around the UK and internationally.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As a qualified actuary, I also enjoy volunteering for the Institute of Actuaries and am the current Deputy Chair of the Finance and Investment Research Sub-Committee at the Institute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My work has been recognised in the industry and I was Highly Commended at the Women in Financial Advice Awards 2020 and was a finalist for Investment Week’s Women in Investment Awards 2020.&amp;nbsp;
