&lt;p&gt;Caterina is one of the founders of Factory of Quality. Her love for Italy and passion for the Made in Italy sector and high-quality products push her to co-found Factory of Quality.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;She currently works for Factory of Quality as project lead for international clients and she is the head of the Business Development. She cares deeply about teamwork and the impact that we can bring to the&amp;nbsp;clients.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Caterina is also the founder of the fashion label Dolce+Chou. The experience&amp;nbsp;of pursuing her professional goals convinced her of the need for Dolce+Chou. When the pressure was&amp;nbsp;on it, were also her clothes&amp;nbsp;and shoes&amp;nbsp;to give her&amp;nbsp;the confidence she needed.&amp;nbsp;So Dolce+Chou is much more than a business - it's&amp;nbsp;a vision they want other women to share. Caterina studied&amp;nbsp;physics in Italy, and&amp;nbsp;in 2016 completed her Ph.D. in Physics and Chemistry&amp;nbsp;in Paris. She&amp;nbsp;then worked as an analyst for a data consultancy&amp;nbsp;in London.&amp;nbsp;She quickly learned that, whether&amp;nbsp;in the laboratory or the office,&amp;nbsp;in Paris or in London,&amp;nbsp;is at her best meant feeling comfortable, confident, and stylish.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

Following a degree in Law and Japanese, Emma joined international accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where she worked in London, Leeds and Manchester offices and set up the firm's Inward Investment practice that attracted overseas companies to locate in the UK.

In 2000, bitten by the dot.com bug, Emma left the firm to start her first business, Techlocate. After 15 months, the company was successfully sold to Tenon plc.

The experience of starting, growing and selling a business from a home base gave Emma the idea for Enterprise Nation which was launched in 2006 as the home business website.

The company has since expanded to become a small business membership community of over 75,000 people who benefit from events and support: online and in person.

Enterprise Nation also presents a campaigning voice to government and the media on behalf of its members.
