My passion for business came from my mum and started in rural India - where I was born in the 1980s. My mum, speaking fluent Tamil, helped start <a href=&apos;https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/uk-england-bristol-22764255&apos; target=&apos;_self&apos;>Bishopston Trading Co</a>, who pioneered Fair Trade organic cotton clothing.
I&apos;ve seen first-hand the difference business can make to people and communities.
