About sue henry

I'm a mum, nan, wife, sister, auntie and business owner - not necessarily in that order!

I am a coach, counsellor, and mentor, qualified as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA), and recently completed a Life Coach Masterclass course.

I am passionate about supporting people to improve and maintain their mental wellbeing and create a life they want to wake up to.

I've faced a number of personal challenges as a business owner and appreciate the pressure of juggling what can sometimes feel like competing roles and spinning plates.

I'm a highly experienced transformational change and wellbeing consultant. Over 30 years of experience working at the most senior level in NHS management & public health nationally & locally.

In 2012 I founded MSH Partnership UK, an organisation that brings together professionals in the field of health, sport, leadership, and transformational change to create sustainable improvement in leadership, wellbeing and performance for individuals and workplaces both large and small.

As part of my coaching offer, I use a successful combination of technology (Body Guard monitor), 1:1 coaching and behaviour change techniques to support people to live well and work well.

I've led a number of Large Scale Change (LSC) Transformational Projects whilst working across the NHS and has continued to use LSC techniques in my own business as part of my work with public and private sector organisations.

I was previously National Director for NHS Sport and Physical Activity Challenge, a national workplace wellbeing programme I developed in response to Boorman's review and to maximize the inspirational power of London 2012. To date more than 500,000 NHS staff have participated.

I currently run Netwalking events for female entrepreneurs and will develop these further to support the personal and professional development of female leaders.

I offer walk and talk sessions for my 1:1 clients where possible as well as online.

I live on Wirral.
