&lt;p&gt;Managing Partner of Dains&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Richard is responsible for supporting clients in building their business in order to achieve long term strategic ambitions. Richard spent 16 years in the Banking sector and has been with Dains since 2006. He has been instrumental in the growth of Dains and this experience is put to good use when advising clients. He is very often involved in helping clients find new funding sources, including grant funding in order to enable long term growth.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Richard likes to get to understand a business and the people behind it. Working with clients to develop a coherent plan, Richard works with a number of clients, attending board meetings and providing commercial and financial advice.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In his spare time Richard enjoys golf, running and football. Richard sits on the investment committee of the Derby Enterprise Growth Fund and helps to manage a local boys football team.&lt;/p&gt;
