We work with all office providers, workspace operators, and flexible office space landlords in all locations, and since they pay us a fee once the perfect solution has been found, there is zero fee for the end user.
This differs from traditional office space that is held on a lease, where the office agent does not get paid a fee by the landlord and so charges the tenant a professional services fee (usually 10% of the first year's rent).

We specialise in finding flexible office space and workspace solutions in all locations (both on-market and off-market). These include private serviced offices, managed office suites and full floors, coworking desk space memberships, and other forms of flexibly leased office space for rent.

We also provide free advice to companies on hybrid working strategies and utilising products such as part-time offices and collaboration spaces to create the perfect outcome.

I am the founder of The Office Providers which is an online office space finding platform that is run by offline commercial real estate experts. Founded in 2009, The Office Providers was an early ambassador of the flexible workspace sector which offers agile alternative solutions to traditionally leased offices. The Office Providers specialises in flexible office space and workspace solutions that offer short-term contacts and all-inclusive pricing. Since the establishment of The Office Providers, there has been a general move away from renting office space on long-term leases for a variety of reasons. With the traditional form of leasing offices, a tenant would sign a lease for a minimum of 5 years on average and would then be responsible for the fit-out of the space and then the ongoing management and payment of utilities, IT, cleaning, insurance, furniture and other items. With the solutions provided by the flexible workspace sector, contract lengths start from 1 year and the space is already fit-out by the office provider. In most cases, occupiers can move into their space within a matter of days unless they request a high level of customisation. Upon occupation, the occupier pays one monthly rental fee and this covers the office rent, insurance, services charge, utilities, reception staffing, cleaning and so forth as these are all managed by the office provider. Another reason that flexible office space and workspace solutions have become increasingly attractive since 2009 is that occupiers are not fixed to a set amount of space during their contract – they can upsize or downsize their office space footprint in line with changing business needs.
