I am a consumer goods marketing professional having worked for some of the big global FMCG household brands. &amp;nbsp;I have also worked over the past few years with many Start Ups and SME's. &amp;nbsp;I now run my own Marketing Consutancy -the services I can offer are: &amp;nbsp;firstly, marketing strategy development ( Market Analysis, targeting , Positioning , Communication Strategy) to drive profitable growth along with implementation of the strategy ( if required) and secondly I can offer a marketing training programme of workshops at your offices or off site ( whatever works best for you) - the training programmes can tailored to your individual needs or you can attend an "off the shelf" workshops on how to develop a marketing strategy to drive your brands profitable growth and helping building your personal confidence and capability in marketing.

My name is Julie and my journey in business began in 1999 with roles in Corporate Sales and Management for high-end leisure and health clubs across London. This dynamic environment gave me a deep understanding of the membership model and an appreciation for the powerful impact that health and fitness can have on people’s lives.
In 2006, I launched my own leisure consultancy, collaborating closely with startups on strategic marketing, sales, and operational rollouts. I thrived on the challenge of helping new concepts take root and become sustainable businesses.
By 2011, my passion for health and community led me to set up <a href=&apos;https://busylizzy.co.uk/&apos; target=&apos;_self&apos;>Busylizzy Pre &amp; Postnatal Fitness Club</a>. What began as a small initiative to create a welcoming space for new parents has grown into the UK’s leading family fitness club, with over 55,000 families enjoying our fitness classes and community events. In 2014, I expanded Busylizzy by franchising, enabling us to reach parents across the UK. Today, supported by a network of talented advisors, designers, videographers, and over 300 exercise professionals, Busylizzy franchises span Hampshire, Hertfordshire, London, Surrey, Sussex, and Berkshire.
In 2023, I became a director at <a href=&apos;https://wearefamilia.co.uk/&apos; target=&apos;_self&apos;>Familia</a>, a family-focused design and marketing agency helping brands create meaningful connections with families. This role allows me to leverage my experience to support brands with strategies that resonate with their target audiences.
