He is passionate about helping individuals and businesses think about and better prepare for the future through writing, speaking, and facilitating foresight workshops. Wen holds a certification in Foresight Essentials Training from the Institute for the Future (IFTF) and is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF). Before entering the foresight profession, Wen worked as an energy and compliance consultant. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego, USA.
