Food Regulatory Compliance Advice Retainer
Business Support Retainer for Small Food and Drink Businesses and members of Enterprise Nation
This is a special deal that we offer to members of Enterprise Nation, Made in Northamptonshire and/or small food and drink businesses.
For a retainer of just £250 per year, you’ll get:
2.5 hours of advice (broken down into 15-minute chunks)
Plus, we’ll throw in one of the below services for a single product.
• Label/Artwork Check
• Pack Copy Review
• Nutritional data analysis and ingredient profiling
• Each package is only available to companies that were founded less than 3 years ago and /or have a turnover of less than £75k or to members of Enterprise Nation & Made in Northamptonshire with turnover less than £150k.
• The 150-minute package is valid for up to 1 year from the date you sign the contract.
• Your choice of additional service –A: label/artwork check, B: pack copy review or C: nutritional analysis and ingredient profile – must be used within the year. It can be used as part of a larger programme of service work along with additional products or services.
• Payment is due when you sign the contract.
• This time can be used for advice and support by both email and telephone, but – with the exception of one free included service for one product – the credit is not for our regular services.
• Each time you call or submit a request for support, we’ll get back to you within 2 working days – often quicker - with an answer, as well as an indication of the time that’s been used and what still remains on your retainer.
• If any credit is left at the end of that year, we don’t return it to you. We will remind you of any balance on your retainer two months before expiry so you have plenty of time to use the credit.
• If you use up all your credit in less than a year, you can buy more credit at the same rate unless our prices have changed in the meantime. We will inform you clearly if that’s the case.
