I am the founder of The Mood Club, a business that inspires people to get into a positive mindset.


I have a philosophical background and a Master in Social Ethics, and I have been working in the social sector for 6 years, supporting mental health organisations achieving system change.  


I set up The Mood club to support people taking care and improving their mental wellbeing and embracing positive habits through unique products and online classes. 

Our sets of Mood Cards contain 20 practical activities designed to encourage growth, self-reflection and positivity. The activities can be done in a few minutes, but have a long-lasting impact as they teach you to focus on the bright side of things, and support you in facing daily challenges with a positive attitude.


Earlier this year, I was shortlisted for the Enterprise Nation Female Startup of the Year Award.
