I am a passionate people and change consultant who is proud to have enabled hundreds of people over the last 15 years to realise their potential. I have had the privilege to make a difference through leading employability programmes in the UK and abroad, improving the way services are delivered in criminal justice, and developing leaders in charities and local government.
In 2019 I took a career break and moved to Uganda to lead a team of volunteers to deliver an educational programme in rural communities. This was a transformative experience and on my return I founded Impact People &amp; Change with the aim of continuing my work in developing people and creating change.
I work with leaders and managers in the social sector, to maximise their impact in the community, through their people. I do this through delivery of coaching, workshops and development programmes. I also lead a small team to deliver youth-focused programmes including the Kickstart scheme and mentoring.
