Alison provides taster and longer-term, affordable, self-development coaching packages on a one-to-one basis for individuals who are hungry to strengthen their self-development skills and tools - and to accelerate their progress towards their goals, and dreams. Over a long, previous, career in financial services she discovered the utter delight that comes from supporting, empowering, encouraging and facilitating the personal and professional development of others, as well as from developing her own potential and widening her own horizons. Now, after training professionally as a Coach with Barefoot Coaching Ltd, she loves to work on a freelance basis with individuals who are looking to boost their personal and professional growth and realise their full potential.
