She has over 20 years of experience at senior management level at PLCs, smaller companies and start-ups. She has led many diversity and inclusion change programs, and employee engagement programs across a range of organisations. Mo is an NLP Master Practitioner, conference speaker and writer. And she is a Non-Exec Director and Charity Trustee leading on diversity and inclusion.
