My experience spans the Technology, Retail, Hospitality and Not-for-profit sectors, working for businesses operating across the UK and globally. As a Chartered MCIPD, I have high-level knowledge, skills, and expertise in Strategic Human Resource Management. I have led and supported business restructures, and change processes, as well as implemented Performance Management approaches (OKRs, Appraisals etc), and championed DEI and Employee Experience initiatives. As an independent HR Consultant, I work with micro-entities and SMEs to unlock their competitive advantage through their people, by ensuring they have effective HR policies, processes and systems in place to manage and develop their talent.
