&lt;p&gt;Chris Panas, our Managing Director, is a qualified trainer of The Leadership Challenge&amp;reg;, a qualified Leadership Practices Inventory coach, a Certified Lumina Spark and Lumina Sales Practitioner and holds an Institute of Leadership and Management coaching qualification as well as formal qualifications in marketing.&amp;nbsp; He is a member of the Academy of International Business and a member of the International Leadership Association.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I work with clients looking to improve performance and develop capabilities.&amp;nbsp; My focus is on leadership/team development, strategy and negotiation and I deliver advisory services to clients with the ambition to grow, either in their home market or internationally.&amp;nbsp; I have a great deal of business experience and have held senior roles in both private and public sector organisations.&amp;nbsp; I have been involved in several stages of business from start-up through development, growth and disposal and understand the challenges faced by fast-growing businesses.&amp;nbsp; I have worked as a consultant and a trusted advisor to both small and larger clients and I am a strong relationship builder with a keen understanding of the needs of growing and dynamic organisations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have a BSc in physics from the University of Bath and an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Bristol.&amp;nbsp; I am a qualified trainer of The Leadership Challenge®, a qualified Leadership Practices Inventory coach, a Certified Lumina Spark and Lumina Sales Practitioner and hold an Institute of Leadership and Management coaching qualification as well as formal qualifications in marketing.&amp;nbsp; I use my strong knowledge and practical experience of building and developing teams and businesses in a number of working environments to support and guide clients as they grow and develop.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I speak English and four other European languages and have significant business experience in a variety of sectors.&amp;nbsp; I&amp;nbsp; worked for many years for a privately owned multinational with manufacturing, import and distribution activities in a range of industries in over 30 countries.&amp;nbsp; I was a director of the UK business for over ten years and managed a number of large and complex projects.&lt;/p&gt;
