Donal Quinn is the Founder and CEO of ENSO, a sustainability platform that helps small and medium-sized enterprises build, manage, and communicate their sustainability strategies. With a background in marketing, CSR, and ESG strategy, Donal has worked with more than 200 businesses to prepare for regulatory requirements, meet customer expectations, and use sustainability as a driver of growth.

Donal started his career in marketing and brand development before focusing on corporate social responsibility and environmental impact. He saw first-hand how many SMEs struggled with sustainability, often due to a lack of expertise, resources, and clear guidance. In 2022, he launched ENSO to address these challenges by providing an accessible, practical, and affordable solution that combines technology with expert support.

Under his leadership, ENSO has built a strong client base across sectors including food and drink, manufacturing, and technology. The platform aligns with the EU Voluntary SME Guidelines and prepares businesses for supply chain data requests under the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive.
