This happens for many reasons and it is important that you do not lose your original purpose and culture as you grow. I run culture and values workshops for all sizes of organisations helping teams to understand what makes a strong culture, what underpins personal and company values and how building a charter that is owned by everyone in the company can heavily improve and drive team performance and engagement. 

I'm passionate about people and business. My career started in retail, then commercial sales, customer service and training, I've held Senior Management roles at Coty, Sky and Liz Earle amongst others. 

In 2013, I set up Guest Expert to share my experiences and successful techniques for improving business performance by improving the performance of people. I'm a qualified NLP Master Practitioner coach, ILM5 accredited mentor, and Winner of Best Mentor - National Mentoring Matters Awards 2023.
