Business and Strategic Planning

This program looks at you, and your goals. We start with setting an ambition as to where you want to be in 12 months time, we then talk through where you are, and what is stopping you from reaching those goals. We then put together a plan, step by step, on all the things you need to adapt to reach your goals, as it is only a few minor things to do each month, most people are able reach these goal, without any real issue or problem. Each month your experienced guide will help to refine and answer your questions, meaning that you are never left on your own, and if things change or knock you off course, there is someone you can call on to just let you calm down, and if needed adjust the plan. This means that you get a total of 15 hours with a business coach/mentor to help to develop you.

Half day session - going through your objectives, and issues needed to set and build your goals.

11 x 1 hour one 2 one follow ups sessions where we track, align your plan, and discuss any issues you are having.

Requires 11 hours of self assessment (1 hour per month)

25 CPD hours.

As an Associate Coach with New Level Results, I am trained and
licensed to deliver the Individual Coaching Programme and The Curve®, both of which are accredited for CPD by the CPD Standards Office.

Andrew has led teams through stressful times, through growth and restructuring. My goal here is to help you to define what is the important stuff, and what is the noise. Defining projects and goals by what you will be judged on, and how you will be seen to deliver, allows you to focus on the quality, not the numbers. Andrew has worked in IT and Banking for 20 years, and has learnt along the way that people will look at your department and team by the output, and not the method. Do something better every day and your clients will notice, and your team will grow in confidence, and follow you. By defining you, and your goals Andrew has successfully turned managers into leaders, defining who you are, what you want and need to be, we can then work on the skills that you need to develop. Teams don’t follow managers, they follow leaders, leaders have defined personal goals, confidence to do what it takes, and use this to define the real goals for the team, and work towards those. Managers follow tasks, leaders follow personal goals - because they know what they want to deliver, they are able to manage and change the world around them, taking what they want, and leaving the rest without the stress from the world.
