I have more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality and retail industry. Throughout my career, I have been lucky enough to work with big brands like Wagamama, French Connection, Harris + Hoole, Kamps, Gails, KA International, Growth Kitchen, Tortilla, and Shoryu, and some smaller more private unique concepts. As businesses started to reach out to me to assist them with their challenges I decided it's time I increase my efforts and besides working for one company exclusively I took on the responsibility to work with clients from the UK, US, and Europe. I am the Director and Lead Consultant of Business Grit where I have helped different businesses get started/launch, and improve their existing operations or scale-up. As a Director and Lead Consultant, I am responsible for keeping up to date with the latest market trends, monitoring economical dependencies, and relevant regulation changes, and conducting projects to the highest standards. Results-driven and goal-oriented professional with extensive experience in project management, driving business performance, establishing systems, working remotely, translating analytics into actions, and collaborating with multiple clients and other professionals. Driving the work to identify and explore alternative operational models, ensuring that recommended changes align with the strategic plan for delivery and impact goals, future income models, and organizational form.
