This is a paid service.
Expanding upon the consultation call, this will be a longer engagement project to help you address your business’s issues. This service consists of another longer call to discuss your needs in depth, everything from budgets, constraints and specific market requirements to tailor the advice to your business.
I will over the subsequent week, work on providing you with a detailed strategy and execution plan. This will involve all relevant documents (from a presentation showcasing the issues, data-driven solutions and implementation), impact modelling, detailed implementation plan, and where appropriate, I will aid in the management of the implementation from project to BAU. Throughout this period, I will check in, field questions, help you pivot where needed (all within reason).


This is an all encompassing service (think akin to a full consultancy project) from idea to execution, and depending on what is needed, the price will vary, however there is scope for negotiation. All details can be discussed on the call.

About me: After spending almost a decade working across a range of companies from Seed stage to Unicorn (and a couple of investment roles in VC).
