About me:
After spending almost a decade working across a range of companies from Seed stage to Unicorn (and a couple of investment roles in VC). I've gained a strong understanding of how great companies start, gain traction and experience J-Curve growth. I now help founders navigate how they best find product market fit, go to market, strengthen their market position, expand into new verticals and grow revenue and/or profitability.
I've been involved in OTT sport apps taking on huge incumbents, a Marketplace that hit Unicorn status, disrupting the UK auto industry, a Fintech servicing large European banks and on a commercial team tracking performance and building deals with large household name corporate clients. All my work has revolved around BizOps, Revenue Strategy, CX Strategy and Central Strategy.
Having spent the best part of a decade building up my experience, I'm now passionate about helping and advising founders on their journeys to build their businesses and succeed.
