Before commencing Level 1, which is designed to assess and recommend, we advise you take our Scorecard, then book a discovery call to discuss your results. You may find that’s all you need right now. We’ll only progress you to Level 1 when it’s appropriate to do so.

We take a workshop led approach to assess your current situation and rapidly and thoroughly identify which areas need focussing on and addressing. There will be changes you can make immediately that will positively impact your business from the workshops alone.

At Level 1 we deliver a short series of hands-on practical workshops (Brand Optimiser & Marketing Strategy Primer) that allows us to help you align and focus your team on your business vision and objectives so the marketing foundations are set correctly from the start of our engagement together.

Bring your key players together and benefit from a series of facilitated structured up to half day workshops, private to your business and designed to help you discover how you can unlock your marketing potential. You'll identify immediate positive changes to make to help you drive business growth.

Each workshop results in a deep assessment and delivers actionable recommendations provided along with key support document.

From here you may choose to take our recommendations and move forward with your current team, or you may choose to continue to work with us and move onto Level 2 being guided and supported by our team who will focus on implementing the recommendations. Depending on your needs and objectives you may move to our Profile Essentials Package of Service or you may move to Level 2 of the CMO Advantage Programme.

She offered free mentoring sessions in the run up to Small Business Saturday for Small Business Britain. She co-created and co-hosted ReImagine Your Business sessions to help Surrey Chambers of Commerce members pivot and transform. Additionally, she co-founded a free online business community “Networking for Good”, and became a Local Leader for Enterprise Nation and started hosting free online business meetups – both offering the vital benefits of peer connection and mental wellbeing.
