I started my business after a successful career as Senior HR Director within global brands in FMCG, Retail, Media and Pharma. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD), Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI), Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management (FInstLM), Member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Member of the Change Institute. In 2017 I published my first book “STOP IT! It’s all in your head” a lifelong dream of mine. I want to help other women overcoming their biggest barrier to success and smashing the hardest glass ceiling of all: their own mindset.
