I'm the founder of Oxwich Accountancy, a small dynamic Chartered Accountancy practice based in Redhill, serving clients in Surrey, Kent, South London and beyond.

I completed my accountancy training at Deloitte, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2007. After qualifying I moved into investment banking and spent the next 10 years within Commodities Trading as a valuation and risk management specialist. I've held senior finance roles at a leading UK investment bank and the energy trading arm of a multinational utility company.

In 2018, after 10 years in trading, I decided to start my own business - applying my financial and commercial skills to help and support entrepreneurial owner managed businesses.

I'm a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), have a PhD in mathematics and hold the Certificate in Quantitative Finance.

&lt;p&gt;In my early career&amp;nbsp;I was national sales manager and&amp;nbsp;board director&amp;nbsp;within private and publicly&amp;nbsp;owned businesses,&amp;nbsp;before forming my own consultancy practise in 2003,&amp;nbsp;where it was my aim&amp;nbsp;to bring professional support for meticulous planning and development&amp;nbsp;to other independent companies. I&amp;nbsp;became a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Levitt Group in 2006,&amp;nbsp;becoming&amp;nbsp;Chartered in 2009.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Since 2003, I have worked with Royal Warrant holding businesses&amp;nbsp;allied to the construction industry&amp;nbsp;in manufacturing, wholesaling&amp;nbsp;and services,&amp;nbsp;whilst also working with non-Warrant holding companies in the retail and leisure sectors.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 2012&amp;nbsp;Enterprise Nation invited me to help support members like you through&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;accredited Growth Voucher scheme;&amp;nbsp;this work saw me recognised by those clients who had benefitted from my support and in 2015 I was honoured to be named, &amp;#39;One of Britain&amp;#39;s Top 50 Small Business Advisors&amp;#39;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 2013&amp;nbsp;I was invited to join an executive board&amp;nbsp;to support the management and shareholders of that company as an NED and more recently&amp;nbsp;I became an ambassador for a financial services firm which&amp;nbsp;works together with me to support business owners expand and ultimately sell their businesses. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
