About Me For over 25 years, I've worked for businesses of all shapes and sizes, from start-ups to scale-ups, to multinational corporations in C-level and senior management positions. ​Common to every role, I have had responsibility for increasing revenue, scaling operations, and providing insight and analysis that has shaped the growth of the business. For the last ten years, I have been a founding management team member for a successful Climate tech SaaS business. Some of my achievements include the following: - Pivotal to scaling the business and driving growth: > 5 employees to 55. > 0 customers to 50+ global enterprise customers. > £0 revenue to multimillion subscription-based ARR.- Fundraising experience from Seed to Series B.- Driving transition from project-based revenue to SaaS subscription model. - Driving productization pivoting from bespoke analytics to repeatable data products. - Overseeing geographic and sector market development with North America as #1 market.- Creating and executing successful growth strategies across marketing, sales, and partners.
