I have lived through four recessions so far and have seen (and felt) the negative impacts on my family, my employees, my clients and their families. I have therefore sought to educate myself about how I can improve the profitability and resilience of my clients so that they achieve more and build better lives for themselves. Cloud accounting technology has revolutionised my ability to deliver real time financial data to my clients, enabling them to not only understand their numbers better but to help them make better decisions. If they make better decisions they will make more profit, create better cash flows and build better lives for themselves and their families in the future. I have recently launched our Business Growth programme based upon 30 years of giving advice to protect, grow and sell my clients' businesses. Over 500 resources, checklists, workbooks, tools and healthchecks are included within our 9 module process called "Your Journey to Freedom®". One element is called The Strategic Cash Retention Program® and contains 35 resources around improving cash flow which is particularly relevant right now. We have recently introduced a balance sheet growth program called "The NAG Index™" to strengthen our clients long term resilience and as a result created a quiz called www.thefutureproofbusiness.co.uk which focuses it questions and solutions on longevity of business survival.
