An experienced Business Mentor and Managing Director in FMCG environments. Over 25 years experience in senior roles, mostly as a business consultant and Company Director. Focused on providing mentor support to businesses which are aiming to grow and/or going through major change. I work with MD's and owners to work through business issues including sales growth, strategic analysis, major contract tender submissions, business leadership, and HR and change management. Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Associate Member of the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH). A qualified Assessor against the European Foundation for Quality Model (EFQM). Runner-up in the UK Enterprise Nation Advisor Awards 2022.
