I provide marketing, management, coaching and education services, in the media, technology and entertainment sectors. I specialise in building and delivering tailored personal improvement programmes, planning workshops and management team seminars focused on the areas of; new services, innovation, media partnerships and collaboration. I hold an MA in Coaching and Mentoring, a post-graduate Diploma in Business (Marketing), a PGCHE (Adult Development) and BA (Hons) Law and lecture on professional development, planning and management. Prior to coaching and coaching, my corporate career covered IP rights licensing, marketing and innovation management working at; Yell.com, TVNZ, Walt Disney and Office Dept. As a consultant, I have delivered programmes to teams and agencies such as; Tata Communications, John Lewis Waitrose, Powwownow, IP Integration, The AA and Pomegranate Media and created marketing and innovation modules for various Universities and business schools, including; BIMM (London), Winchester University, Henley Business School, Krems (Donau-Universitat Krems), The Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM, Guildford) and Metropolis Studios. I work mostly in London and I am based at Century Club (on Shaftesbury Avenue) and The RSA (on The Strand).

About me I am a qualified accountant and currently a Finance Director for growing restaurant group (Busaba Eathai), predominantly located in London. Previous to that I worked for PizzaExpress for 14 years in various financial and commercial management roles. I am passionate about the hospitality sector because of buzz generated with teams and customers. My biggest attributes are being able to build relations across functions and helping finance for non finance professional. I also take pride in my leadership skills having built and developed successful highly motivated teams. What do I bring as a mentor? In addition to my finance expertise and experience, I listen, coach and am passionate about my people and companies to succeed. I am emotionally invested.
Why I choose to become a mentor? In my current role I work closely with our owners to help deliver the strategy of the business. I have also worked closely with other businesses and feel I have alot of offer a small, growing business in helping reach its potential. Ultimately I would like to start a Finance accounting business myself but beforehand I would like to give my time to make a difference and finesse my own experience.
A bit more about me personally ... Most importantly, I am easy to get along with, approachable and positive. I enjoy being around passionate and energising people and helping people grow and achieve their goals. I am excited by business and people following and living out their dreams. I have two young children, who dont live with me but are one of my motivations everyday and I am family and friend orientated. I am down to earth, humble and built a great network which I hope the mentorship will expand further.
