&lt;p&gt;Branduin Business Support was formed in 2010 with the specific aim of partnering with key organisations to develop a commercially sustainable business advisory and support service for small to medium-sized (SME) businesses in the UK.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Our membership comprises quality assured generalist and specialist business advisors providing us with the capability to meet the needs of our clients throughout all stages of their business journey &amp;ndash; pre-start, start-up, establishment, growth, and eventual exit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Our advisors have experience of starting, running, managing, and selling their own businesses and are dedicated to sharing this experience with other entrepreneurs. All our members have their own client portfolios and since 2010 have helped thousands of businesses owners achieve their goals.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Over the past 10 years we have developed partnership arrangements with over 10 Chambers of Commerce and have delivered 12 significant business support projects on behalf of 10 Local Authorities.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;We have also developed thriving partnerships with two leading Universities and three major Banks, and through our sister company, the London Business Support Service, we deliver monthly Business Advice Sessions for pre-start and early-stage businesses at the British Library Business &amp;amp; IP Centre in London. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We work with Local Authorities, Chambers of Commerce and University Entrepreneur Hubs to identify the business advisory and support services that are required to help them achieve their strategic objectives.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;We deliver mutually agreed programmes through a mixture of 1:1 advisory sessions, ongoing mentoring, skills training workshops, and innovation and business sprints based on our proprietary GOALMapper&amp;trade; and Fit To Bid&amp;trade; business support programmes using the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Design templates.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Following a successful international career with American and Japanese multi-nationals, Nauzar started his own company MIERA Consulting Ltd in 2006 as a Business Advisory Service for start-ups and SMEs.
Nauzar is the Owner and Managing Director of Branduin Business Support Ltd - the leading business support and advisory team in London &amp; SE England. He oversees the delivery of Local Authority &amp; Enterprise Hub funded contracts and manages Finance and Contract Governance.
Branduin Business Support works closely with Local Authorities, Growth Hubs, University Entrepreneur Hubs, and Chambers of Commerce to provide members and local business communities with access to quality-assured business advice and support.
Nauzar is a Licenced Practitioner of the Business Model Canvas, and a founder of Branduin’s Fit To Bid®supply-chain, GOALMAPPER®start-ups and regeneration, SALESMAPPER® cohort-based scale-ups, Fit To Export® international development, and FORTUNA® Women in Business entrepreneur support programmes.
He also leads the team delivering the Incubation Programme for start-ups at Westmont Enterprise Hub at University of West London. Nauzar and his team also deliver 1:1 business clinics at the Business &amp; IP Centre at the British Library in central London on the first Wed of every month.

&lt;p&gt;I'm Emily, Retail Supply Chain Consultant and owner of The Retailer Clinic. I help small retailers to optimise their supply chains, focusing on the areas of procurement, production, inventory management, forecasting, cash flow and strategy.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have over 10 years experience in retail having worked in head offices in buying, sales and production roles and on the shop floor in sales advisor and account management positions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Working for small retailers opened my eyes to the challenges small retailers face when it comes to supply chain. Forecasting and inventory management software is eye-wateringly expensive, production planning is more complex due to smaller order quantities, and deciding on a procurement strategy can be difficult without buying power.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I went in search of solutions to these problems and spent the next few years studying supply chain analytics, fundamentals, dynamics and design. Armed with 10 years of experience navigating retail supply chains and a stack of models and knowledge, I am ready to help you optimise your supply chain!&lt;/p&gt;

This is a networking and support group for small retailers. The aim of this group is to create a space for small retailers to network, troubleshoot and collaborate. 

I am here to help all members with any retail operations and supply chain questions.

&lt;p&gt;Caroline joined the North Birmingham team in 2019 as a HR Manager. Before joining the HR Dept, Caroline specialised in Employee Relations in the Care Industry; prior to this, Caroline has also worked in the Manufacturing and the Recruitment Industry. Caroline graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BA in Business Management Joint Honours with HR. Caroline is also an Associate Member of the CIPD.&lt;/p&gt;
