About Taruna Chauhan

With many years of working in the health and care sector I have developed a set of skills I am able to use all of which are interlinked, and mean I have a wealth of knowledge and skills to share with you. Quality and Continuous improvement are extremely important but they do not have to be burdensome.

Taruna will act as a sounding board and guide you through 1:1 mentoring. Taruna will be a good listener, ask the right questions, and be passionate about helping you achieve your business goals.

I use strategy on a page model to help you develop your strategy for the business. We look at areas of governance and managing risk as well as planning. How are going to provide the best treatment for patients and make a profit. For those undertaking a regulated activity and registered with the CQC or HIS I can help with looking at how well you meet compliance and how it aligns with what youdo in your business.
