My passion lies in helping business owners find success and I have a natural curiosity to hear their stories and what led them to start their business in the first place.  
10 years ago I left corporate life in search of more purpose and meaning in what I do. Since then I have worked with over 80 small businesses, helping them take a step back, get some headspace, clarify personal aspirations and lift the lid on the business to tackle challenges, untangle bottlenecks and move things forward.

Following a degree in Law and Japanese, Emma joined international accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where she worked in London, Leeds and Manchester offices and set up the firm's Inward Investment practice that attracted overseas companies to locate in the UK.

In 2000, bitten by the dot.com bug, Emma left the firm to start her first business, Techlocate. After 15 months, the company was successfully sold to Tenon plc.

The experience of starting, growing and selling a business from a home base gave Emma the idea for Enterprise Nation which was launched in 2006 as the home business website.

The company has since expanded to become a small business membership community of over 75,000 people who benefit from events and support: online and in person.

Enterprise Nation also presents a campaigning voice to government and the media on behalf of its members.

Jamie is a people-centred and result-oriented Training Manager and Talent Development Specialist and Change Manager, offering an eventful career within the areas of training and education, talent management, strategic change, STEM, poverty alleviation and personal-social development.&lt;br /&gt;

Jamie has established record conducting effective training programs that encompass a broad range of requirements and needs. These include the development and implementation of onboarding, technical, performance management, leadership and compliance training to a global audience. He has an established record of taking leadership roles on large scale change initiatives that include organisation-wide digital transformation implementation and the relocation of 150 staff from Budapest to Berlin &amp;amp; Vienna.&lt;br /&gt;

Design Consultancy who work with organizations worldwide to help shift their thinking culture.

The Spill Teem® have an extensive background in service, product, communication and behavioural design and collectively carry 30+ years of human-centred Design experience, business strategy, and cultural change work.

My work also regularly involves delivering keynotes at events, speaking to teams, at leadership groups, masterminds and retreats. I also deliver lectures, seminars and provide training when required on the topic of brand, strategy, storytelling and human-centred design.
