- Activity plans and KPI optimisation
- Daily prioritisation, focus and growth plans - Includes best practice frameworks, systems, templates, fortnightly check ins and monthly reviews
Pricing is per month including 3 hours of coaching plus best practice frameworks, systems and templates including personal productivity, prioritisation and time management.

I’ve worked with small medium enterprise (SME) businesses for over 20 years including education and training providers, insurance and finance companies, electrical and IT equipment retailers, health clubs and gyms, personal training studios, cafes, restaurants, beauty salons, and various commercial equipment suppliers to provide advice and support in key aspects of business such as sales, marketing, customer service, operations and finance.
