The focus of my approach is to develop you as an individual, so that you can develop the skills to build a better business. With a background in Education Studies including human behaviour, psychology and human motivation, paired with over 1000 hours coaching experience, a Masters in professional development and over a decade of real life leadership and management experience, all before starting my own business and stepping into my own entrepreneurial shoes; it's fair to say I know a thing or two about supporting others to find their flow and build a life and business that you're proud of.
