People are the greatest asset of any business. Nurture them and the business will grow. Before I started my own consultancy business, I worked for 25 years in FMCG manufacturing. Starting at the bottom and working up to a Continuous Improvement Manager. Gaining my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2016. Process improvement and people development are my key skills. I set my consultancy business up to help Manufacturing SMEs and Start-Ups. Supporting them to achieve their potential and become more effective, and profitable. Through building solid foundations and a great strategy. Focusing on engaging and empowering people. My favourite quote in life is from Bruce Lee. "Simplicity is the key to brilliance". I excel at taking something complex and turning it into something simple. Plain speaking without technical language and jargon. Life has blessed me with many learning opportunities. From coaching sports teams, relationships, and travel. Taking those learnings to provide me with real-world experiences and solutions. Although I may have some solutions, I don't have them all.
