Women's Launch Lab

Women's Launch Lab

We are offering 12 free places in our London bootcamp (20–22 June) for female-led early-stage start-ups to have a unique mentoring experience.

Entrepreneurship starts with the founder – you are at the core of everything we do. We know that female founders make visionary leaders and CEOs and we want you to start your journey guided by the experts and global leaders who shape our economy.

What the programme involves

We'll help you harness your distinctive ideas and vision and shape them into a pioneering and successful start-up. We'll show you entrepreneurship, step by step, and help you plan a 'go to market' strategy.

This three-day incubator programme will be intense. During the day, you'll hear and learn from innovative female entrepreneurs, growth and marketing strategists and financial experts. You'll be trained to deliver your best pitch to secure investment. In the evenings, you'll attend networking events and receptions at the British Library and House of Lords.

Chance to win investment

At the end of the three days, we'll host a showcase where you'll have the opportunity to pitch your start up to venture capitalists (VCs) and angel investors. You may or may not receive investment, but the experience and contacts will be completely invaluable.

Currently, female founders only get about 2% of VC funding. That's completely unacceptable to us, so we've set out to provide access, connections and industry secrets to women all over the country.

Could you be Britain's next success story? Women's Launch Lab will provide your accommodation, food and all bootcamp activities totally free – all you have to do is persuade our judging panel of seasoned female entrepreneurs that you have what it takes. Good luck!

To apply, download your application form and email it back to hello@makeityourbusiness.co.uk by the deadline of 15 May 2023.
