Structure of the programme

The programme is a mix of workshops and coaching sessions to give you the skills and knowledge you need to build your business successfully. The half-day workshops will include:

• establishing a business model
• finding finance
• developing sales and marketing plans
• producing forecasts
• launching a sustainable business

After each workshop, you'll be able to network and learn from other people on the programme.

Eligibility requirements

The programme is for Berkshire-based start-ups that have a:

• firm idea for a business in the very early stages of trading or plan to start trading very soon, or
• turnover of less than £10,000
