I originally trained as a pharmacist, qualifying in 1995. After a number of years working in a variety of roles within the NHS and the private sector I returned to education to undertake my MBA with the University of Strathclyde Business School, obtaining this in 2006.

I maintain a facilitative coaching style and pride myself on being a friendly, supportive and engaging. I believe passionately that coaching can support individuals to reach their true potential and I will gently and respectfully push clients beyond their comfort zone to achieve fantastic results both for the individual and the business.

I originally trained as a pharmacist, qualifying in 1995. After a number of years working in a variety of roles within the NHS and the private sector I returned to education to undertake my MBA with the University of Strathclyde Business School, obtaining this is 2006. Following my MBA I joined the Pharmaceutical Industry and worked in a number of roles becoming a Market Access specialist. Following the birth of my son in 2009 I decided to take a break from paid employment and set up a franchise  the Women in Business Network (WIBN), running a number of highly dynamic and sucessful women’s networking events across the East Midlands, supporting women at all stages of their business journey from start-ups to well established businesses. This was the role which really sparked my interest in coaching as I became an informal coach and mentor to a number of the women in her network and discovered that not only was I good at it but that I quickly developed a passion for supporting people to work through problems and issues and come out much stronger. After a family move to Scotland in 2012 I joined Scottish Enterprise – the National economic development agency and further developed both my business and coaching skills, supporting a range of businesses primarily in the life and chemical industries sector. I also broadened her international horizons becoming the team lead for all aspects of EU engagement including writing the EU Engagement strategy and supporting businesses into collaborations with other EU companies. In 2015 I moved back into the Pharmaceutical Industry and in 2018 cemented my long standing interest in coaching by training as a Personal and Business coach with Barefoot Coaching, one of the leading coach training organizations in the UK. I maintain a facilitative coaching style and pride myself on being a friendly, supportive and engaging. I believe passionately that coaching can support individuals to reach their true potential and I will gently and respectfully push clients beyond their comfort zone to achieve fantastic results both for the individual and the business.
