Newham E-Business Support

Called the Local London E-business Support Programme, it provides a menu of support and training to develop skills and knowledge of digital technology and applications across all sectors, including e-commerce, digital business tools, online marketing and trading, social media, establishing a strong online presence, e-tendering and crowdfunding, and cyber security and data protection.

E-Business workshops

• Online: Content creation techniques and emerging trends (28 September, 2 pm – 4 pm)

In this workshop, you will dive into the world of content creation like never before. We will explore real-life case studies from industry leaders and discuss strategies for staying agile in a rapidly evolving landscape.

• Online: Digital marketing resource recommendations and email marketing (5 October, 2 pm – 4 pm)

Discover the essential digital marketing resources and tools to boost your SME's online presence. From recommended software and platforms to effective email marketing strategies, this workshop will provide you with a comprehensive toolkit to enhance your digital marketing efforts and connect with your target audience on a deeper level.

• Online: Google Ads, local SEO, and Google My Business (12 October, 2 pm – 4 pm)

This workshop will provide you with the information and skills you need to establish efficient Google Ads campaigns and optimise your local SEO efforts. You'll also learn how to use Google My Business to boost your presence in local search results.

• Online: Procurement: First steps (23 November, 1 pm – 3 pm)
• Online: Introduction to your digital transformation (7 December, 2 pm – 3 pm)
