Kim Morgan is the coach of coaches. She launched Barefoot Coaching over 25 years ago and, during that time, has scaled a business and trained over 6,000 business coaches from 28 countries.

Kim is an internationally recognised expert in coaching and coach training and she draws extensively on her own experience of what works in practice to make successful individuals, great leaders, productive teams and organisations, and outstanding coaches.

She is the author of two books "The Coach's Casebook" and "The Coach's Survival Guide" and has had a monthly column in Psychologies magazine for the past eight years.
