Kriss is the founder of TheHolisticSolution.net, a trauma-informed holistic health and wellbeing coach and mentor. She's passionate about helping people enhance their health and wellbeing – and ultimately their lives – not just through improved nutrition and eating habits, but by raising awareness and healing those deep "inner wounds" that often lead to self-sabotaging behaviors, such as comfort or binge eating, drinking or even "comfort shopping."
Kriss also has a professional background as an assessor and coach in the field of Apprenticeship/NVQ in London, where she worked across various industries including retail, wellbeing, business administration and office, customer service, management, team leading, and more.
