LIFT programme

The LIFT programme can support businesses by building a local talent pool, including a free recruitment service to match businesses with good local candidates across four London boroughs (Islington, Camden, Hackney, and Tower Hamlets) and expert support to help businesses grow their talent through apprenticeships, internships and work experience.

LIFT connects businesses with the community to inspire and raise awareness of careers in their business and sector, through engagement with local schools, colleges, universities, and community organisations.

LIFT also supports business growth by helping start-ups find affordable workspace, delivering and signposting to enterprise support programmes for small businesses and the opportunity to learn from other businesses and share practices through their thought leadership campaign.
