Kingston University Business School’s Help to Grow Management course has been helping business owners and leaders boost their business performance, resilience and long-term growth for nearly a year, with over 280 participants since its inception.

Designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises and delivered by expert lecturers and facilitators at the business school, the 12-week course is 90% funded by the government.

Online study is combined with peer-to-peer networking and support, as well as in-person case study workshops to help apply the knowledge learnt.

By the end, you will have developed a specific Growth Action Plan to help strengthen your business’s future.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Your business must have been trading for at least a year
  • Your business must have five  to 249 employees for one person to attend and 10 to 249 employees for two people to attend
  • The person attending must be a business owner, senior leader or in a managerial position with direct reports
  • Age: 18 to over 60
  • Ethnicity: None
  • Gender: None
  • Disability: Not applicable

Social enterprises can apply if they meet the above but charities are ineligible.
