The Go Growth programme combines specialist resources with the expertise and knowledge to help you drive growth and build capacity successfully.

Go Growth offers a broad range of support, including expert webinars, essential diagnostic sessions using the Business Model Canvas tool and one-to-one business mentoring.

What does the programme offer?

There will be eight Go Growth online webinar courses provided by business specialists on areas, including marketing, finance, contracts/HR, digital skills, leadership, sustainability, mental health and cyber security/GDPR.

This will be followed by the Go Growth Business Model Canvas (BMC) sessions, available to all participants. The Business Model Canvas is a business tool used to visualise, on a single page, all the building blocks that need to be considered if you are starting a business.

The final element will be the Go Growth Advisory Hub which will provide one-to-one, online mentoring sessions, two sessions of one hour, to each participant.

By the end of the programme, participants will have the ability and confidence to develop and implement a comprehensive and robust strategy that will take them and their businesses forward.
