Business and IP Centre (BIPC) Local

Welcome to London's first Business and Intellectual Property Centre (BIPC) Local, launched in partnership with the British Library.

We're located on the ground floor of Leytonstone Library, and steps away from the Leytonstone Central line station. The BIPC Local centre has business development resources, community workspace, and expert advice available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (except on public holidays).

All support is free for everyone at any stage of their business journey.
