AD:VENTURE Business Manager programme

Your dedicated AD:VENTURE business manager will help you navigate the business support landscape, ensuring you know what’s available to you and understand how to access it.

They’ll act as your critical friend, that vital sounding board you really need when you have big decisions to make.

Having one-to-one support will help you manage your time, your resources and help you prioritise your actions. They will help you to focus on the business and not get stuck in it. An all-too-common issue for founders!

How will it work?

Business managers are based within each local authority area across West Yorkshire (Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds, and Wakefield).

This means you’ll have someone beside you who knows the local business ecosystem well and is connected to the wider ecosystem too.

Once you have been accepted into the AD:VENTURE programme, your business manager will contact you to arrange your first meeting.

This will start with introductions and a bit of getting to know each other. The business manager will take you through a diagnostic to identify you and your business's key challenges and opportunities. This will help you both to build an action plan to give direction and help you to work towards your goals.
