What is your favourite business book and why?

That's a really hard one but probably Richard Branson's Screw It Let's Do It. His story is really inspiring and shows that a journey to success is not a straight road, nor is it without challenges. His ability and passion to keep going and how he sees people as the life of his business is a real inspiration.

Who is your business hero and why?

Richard Branson. He lives a life that suits him and has grown an empire at the same time. I think everyone's definition of success is different and I love the fact that he's done what he wants to do whilst growing his business. I aspire to do the same.

Describe your business in a tweet.

We're passionate about helping people grow their businesses and understand how making more sales can actually be simple. Making sales simple.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting divorced in year two of Cre8. Keeping my family and life and business going whilst going through something so painful wasn't easy, but actually it was Cre8 and my passion for it that kept it going.

What has been your greatest success?

Overcoming a personal fear of public speaking. In the beginning, I was terrified, now I love helping people and know what I want to say so that fear has gone and we now run sales workshops and training and you can't shut me up :)

What piece of advice do you wish you had known when starting out?

Don't compare yourself to anyone else. It's a waste of time as we're all on a different journey.

Why do you consider long-term strategic advice important to business success?

Because we can never know it all. Having a strategy helps us uncover what we don't know and what we need to know, in order to get to where we want to go.

If you had a superpower what would it be and why?

Flying. Wow, that would be super amazing to be up in the clouds and trees with the birds. I'd love that.
