When you're running a business full-time or on the side, it's common to feel overwhelmed and like there is never enough time.
That's why in February, Enterprise Nation has focussed on the wellbeing of small business owners and the importance of growing your support community as part of our Heads Up for Wellness campaign.
In this webinar, Emma Jones, founder of Enterprise Nation is joined by Alex Ayin, founder of Social Chain, the largest social media agency/publisher globally and Karen Eyre-White, founder of Go Do, a time management business which helps busy, overwhelmed people get more done.
In this session, Emma asks our two founders to share the strategies they use to help them stay motivated, find more balance between work and life, boost productivity and, maintain the joy in their work.
