Sally Williams is a fifth-generation retailer. After completing her English degree at the age of 21, she opened her first shop selling sportswear.
She then became a training manager with a national sports retailer providing bespoke courses to more than 1,000 company employees.
A move to the public sector in 1997 enabled Sally to secure £5 million from the European Social Fund, with which she developed an award-winning business academy, training and supporting 2,000 small businesses in Hertfordshire.
Sally launched Retail Revival Ltd in 2009 and quickly established a reputation for delivering excellent training programmes for independent businesses across London.
